This website (JapandiHaus) is operated by NUVO DEPAR LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 14513876). Throughout the site, the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to NUVO DEPAR LTD trading as JapandiHaus. We offer this website, including all information, tools and products available, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.

Our products are digital downloads (printable artwork files). We make every effort to display each design and its colours as accurately as possible, though colours may vary slightly between screens and printers. All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable tax. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because the content is supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the download has begun. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described — refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

When you buy a design you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes — including printing copies for your own home or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or use the files commercially, and you may not claim authorship of the artwork. All designs remain the intellectual property of JapandiHaus.

All content on this site — including the JapandiHaus name, logo, product names, photography, text and design — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUVO DEPAR LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
